Do you fit the signs?

no, we do not fit the signs, only produce and ship them.

 

Are the shipping costs included?

Yes, free 2nd class delivery is included with all our items in the U.K. There is an option to upgrade to 1st class or next day courier for an additional cost. Postage times are from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is received. All our items are cut to order and so may not be dispatched the same day.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all of our internationally items via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. All of the shipping costs for international orders are calculated at the checkout once the address has been entered. Visit Royal Mail

 

How do I track my order?

For tracking details, email info@waysignage.co.uk and we will send you your Royal Mail tracking number.

 

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes we do! For any bespoke ideas that you may have, email info@waysignage.co.uk and our design team will get back to you with a render within 24 hours.

 

Do the items come with protective film on them?

Some of our items are sent out with protective film on. Certain items will only have film on one side, such as printed signs, this is because they are printed which requires the protective film to be removed from that side.

 

My order has arrived broken, what should I do?

Please send us a photo of the damaged parts to info@waysignage.co.uk and we can discuss the options regarding a replacement being sent to you.
